The Neapolitan Law Firm was founded in Rome in 2019 by Professor and Lawyer Enrico Napoletano with headquarters in the prestigious Roman neighborhood of "Vittorie" in Viale Giuseppe Mazzini n. 73 and, in the process of growth and enhancement of internal resources, in 2024 it transformed into a limited liability Lawyers' Company, in compliance with art. 4-bis of the Law on Lawyers (L. 247/2012 thus introduced by art. 1, co. 141, lett. b) L. 124/2017). As such, the Firm has adopted its own Code of Ethics of Conduct and an Organization, Management and Control Model, thus conforming to the requirements of Legislative Decree 8 June 2001, n. 231 which, as is known, introduced the discipline of administrative (para-criminal) liability of legal persons.

The Firm offers its Clients accurate legal assistance both in the delicate “judicial phase” (at every level of criminal, administrative-environmental and civil-corporate proceedings) and in the fundamental “preventive consultancy phase” of the company.

The areas of legal expertise in which the Firm operates are environmental protection (Legislative Decree no. 152/06), the protection of health and safety in the workplace as well as industrial hygiene (Legislative Decree no. 81/08), construction (Presidential Decree no. 380/01), the protection of public and private assets, of the Public Administration as well as civil, corporate and bankruptcy law as well as the liability of entities (Legislative Decree no. 231/2001) and compliance.
