Studio Legale Napoletano is an independent, full-service law firm specializing in criminal, environmental, and corporate compliance legal assistance.
The Firm was founded in Rome in 2019 by Enrico Napoletano with headquarters in the prestigious Roman district of "Vittorie" in Viale Giuseppe Mazzini n. 73/D and operates throughout the national territory.
In the process of growth and enhancement of internal resources, in 2024 the Firm will be transformed into a limited liability Lawyers' Company , in compliance with art. 4-bis of the Law on Lawyers (L. 247/2012 thus introduced by art. 1, co. 141, lett. b) L. 124/2017). As StA, the Firm has adopted its own Code of Ethics of Conduct and an Organization, Management and Control Model , thus conforming to the requirements of Legislative Decree 8 June 2001, n. 231 which, as is known, introduced the discipline of administrative (para-criminal) liability of legal persons.

The Firm offers its Clients accurate legal assistance both in the delicate “judicial phase” (at every level of criminal, administrative-environmental and civil-corporate proceedings) and in the fundamental “preventive consultancy phase” of the company.
The areas of legal expertise in which the Firm operates are environmental protection (Legislative Decree no. 152/06), the protection of health and safety in the workplace as well as industrial hygiene (Legislative Decree no. 81/08), construction (Presidential Decree no. 380/01), the protection of public and private assets, of the Public Administration as well as civil, corporate and bankruptcy law as well as the liability of entities (Legislative Decree no. 231/2001) and compliance.
The Firm has decided to equip itself with an Organization, Management and Control Model (pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001).
Model 231 is a document that, together with the Firm's procedures, contains a set of principles and rules of conduct aimed at ensuring the correctness and transparency of its activities, in order to prevent the commission of the crimes indicated in Decree 231.
With the adoption of the Model, a single-member Supervisory Body was appointed for a three-year term.
A whistleblowing procedure has also been adopted , in accordance with Legislative Decree 10 March 2023, n. 24, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937. It will be possible to send, both by LCA staff and by external parties, a report in the manner provided for by the whistleblowing procedure.
The Firm has also developed a new Code of Ethics and Conduct to ensure that the principles of value that all the Firm's people must be inspired by are clearly defined and constitute the foundation of the activities promoted as well as a model of behavior.
